Lindsay Maddison, Williamstown: Every day, I don't drive. Williamstown Beach to the city to Windsor, everywhere. [I use] Just trains and trams. I try and avoid buses if I can. About improvements, more train services, and later, even just 1.30 or 2 o'clock makes that big difference as opposed to 12, especially if you are going out for a couple of drinks.

Janette Haynes, Williamstown: I only use it about twice a year. Probably more if it was better. We went into the cricket today [and] caught the train and a tram in the city. They could be on time. The one we were waiting for never came so we had to walk all the way to the other side [of the station]. And they are just so grotty.

David Mullins, Williamstown: I use [public transport] probably every fortnight. If I go to Highpoint, that is about it. We need more safety on the trains. A lot of Indians get bashed, they should have police to check up, and in the trains they should monitor cameras.
